Provider review and listing
A provider appears publicly only after an administrator reviews its submitted business identity, service area, capabilities, contact information, and any supplied licensing information for completeness. Proactaiv does not verify or endorse providers. Homeowners should independently confirm current licensing, insurance, references, site fit, and written scope before contracting.
Source governance
Product specifications, prices, availability, incentives, and model assumptions carry source labels, verification dates, and review dates. Current evidence can support a recommendation. Expired, unavailable, or address-dependent evidence is labeled and requires verification. Selected loads are reconciled individually so excluded and managed loads remain visible.
Homeowner-controlled data sharing
Proactaiv does not send a saved plan to a provider by default. Sharing requires a signed-in homeowner, a saved report version, selection of one or more participating providers, and explicit consent. Proactaiv records the report version, selected providers, consent language version, and consent time. During the pilot, the operator prepares the package, receives proposals outside the site, and enters material terms for homeowner comparison.
Commercial disclosure
Proactaiv does not accept provider payments, product commissions, or sponsored placement that affects recommendations or rankings. If a material financial relationship is introduced, it will be disclosed clearly near the affected recommendation and on this page. Provider listing and any future sponsorship metadata are not calculation inputs.
Corrections and disputes
To report an incorrect source, provider record, incentive status, calculation issue, or privacy concern, email info@rmgassociatesllc.com with the report version or page URL and supporting evidence. Proactaiv will review the issue, preserve an audit record when appropriate, and update the source status, public record, or calculation version when the evidence supports a change.

Proactaiv is built and independently operated by RMG Associates LLC. It has no vendor affiliations.
