Planning service
A screening report uses homeowner selections and governed planning assumptions to compare resilience configurations. A report is labeled quote-ready only when the listed evidence set is complete. Quote-ready does not mean engineered, permitted, approved, or priced by an installer.
No professional design or advice
Reports are not electrical or structural engineering, a site inspection, a permit application, utility approval, safety approval, tax or legal advice, financing approval, an insurance opinion, or a provider quote. Product fit, code compliance, utility eligibility, incentives, installation conditions, and final cost must be verified by the appropriate qualified parties.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate inputs, reviewing assumptions and source dates, disclosing material property conditions, and obtaining professional review before purchasing or installing equipment. Do not use a report to operate equipment, bypass safety controls, or make emergency decisions.
Providers and commercial independence
A provider listing indicates only that Proactaiv reviewed submitted information for completeness and decided to include the business in the pilot workflow. Proactaiv does not verify or endorse providers and does not guarantee workmanship, licensing, insurance, availability, or suitability. Homeowners must conduct their own due diligence. Provider participation, commercial status, or compensation cannot alter the deterministic calculation or product ranking. Current commercial disclosures appear on the Trust page.
During the pilot, providers send proposals to Proactaiv outside the site. The operator records material terms for comparison. The original proposal remains controlling, and homeowners should resolve any difference with the provider before contracting.
Service and sources
Proactaiv may change calculation rules, cost assumptions, candidate products, and service availability as evidence changes. Every report shows its rule versions and source-freshness state. Expired or unavailable evidence cannot support an active recommendation without verification.
Acceptable use and governing law
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or misuse provider contact information. These terms are governed by Texas law, without changing rights that cannot legally be waived. Questions may be sent to info@rmgassociatesllc.com.
