Information we collect
For regional-needs reporting, Proactaiv records the first three digits of a ZIP code, utility selection, outage target, resilience priority, connectivity and fuel selections, budget range, and selected systems. Proactaiv does not attach those regional records to an IP address or use them to identify you.
If you sign in to save a report, the report and its assessment inputs are associated with your ChatGPT user identifier and email so you can retrieve report versions. Optional quote-ready evidence may include energy usage, HVAC and panel details, existing equipment, appliance evidence, critical requirements, ownership horizon, and equipment-location constraints.
Providers submit business identity, contact, licensing, service-area, and capability information for review. During the pilot, Proactaiv may also record provider proposal terms and completed-installation details supplied to the operator.
How we use information
We use assessment information to calculate and save resilience plans, compare report versions, improve the planning model, and produce aggregated regional-needs reporting. We use provider information to review submissions for completeness, list participating providers, prepare homeowner-authorized quote requests, normalize proposals, and record completed projects.
Sharing and sale
Proactaiv does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. A homeowner report or quote-request package is shared with a participating provider only after the homeowner selects the provider, reviews the disclosure, and gives explicit consent. During the pilot, Proactaiv coordinates this process manually. Aggregated ZIP3 reporting is intended to describe area-level needs, not individual households.
Retention and security
Information is retained while needed to operate and evaluate the service, support saved reports, provider reviews, quote comparisons, and installation records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Proactaiv uses access controls for saved reports and restricts publishing, provider listing decisions, quote entry, and source governance to the configured administrator.
Your choices and requests
You may use the screening assessment without saving a report. You may decline quote-ready verification and provider sharing. To request access, correction, or deletion, email info@rmgassociatesllc.com. We may need to verify the request before acting. Residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law.
